the centrifuge is the main equipment of the drilling fluid solid control system and is mainly used to maintain the drilling fluid, remove harmful fine particles in the drilling fluid, and improve the drilling fluid performance. In the meantime, it can be used to recycle the barite in weighted drilling liquid, save the drilling cost, and reduce the expense of drilling cuttings in the later period. The Company has eight series of centrifuges, including LW250, LW355>, LW430, LW450, LW520, LW550, LW630, and LW650.
The centrifuges in various series are divided into two control modes, namely power frequency and variable frequency and the special model of the marine drilling platform. The revolving drum speed of power frequency centrifuge is constant, and the revolving speed can be changed by the replacement of drive pulley. The PLC programming control is adopted for variable frequency centrifuge, and the step-less speed change is possible for the revolving speed of revolving drum within the scope of design. The control cabinet can display such parameters as revolving speed, working current, and torque.
In addition to oil solid control centrifuge, the environment-friendly centrifuge of the Company is also applied in nine industries, including high-efficiency sewage concentration and dehydration, vinasse water treatment of alcohol production line, harmless and resource treatment of crude oil and kitchen wastes, pharmaceutical liquid treatment and sludge treatment, involving 10 centrifuges totally.
