The deck angle is adjusted from -1° to +5°. This will force the operator to run the shaker deck not over +5°. And protect shaker screen from over high strength of fast mud flow.

For the shaker screens, we designed a composite frame screen panel to replace the flat screen per customers' usage, and have received good feedback from users.

For the shaker motors, we use the brand Oli Ital-Vibras imported from Italy. High quality motors will help much on stable performance and good result.

Shaker Hunter-D4 is fitted with 4pcs screen panels. The screening size is 3.02 square meters. Same screen material and screen size with Hunter-D3. It's widely used in oil and gas drilling as well. The screen can be also designed to the dual deck for higher treating capacity against the special requirements.
